Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to deliver the perfect product to you, but sometimes there may be damages during transit. In such cases, please follow our Return/Exchange policy:

*Parcel Opening video is a must.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations/Refunds are not accepted:

• Once an order is placed
• For size issues. We recommend ordering one size up
• For slight variations in colour/finish/fabric due to screen resolution or camera lightsx

Returns/Exchanges are accepted only for damaged products:

• Provide a parcel opening video clearly showing the damage
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at (phone number to be provided).

In case of valid damage claims:

• We will ship a replacement product. If unavailable, you can order another product.
• Refunds will not be given.

Cancellation by Be Unique Apparels:

We may cancel orders due to the following:

• Limited product availability
• Product or pricing inaccuracies
• Credit and fraud avoidance concerns
• Additional verification requirements

If your order is cancelled:

• We will notify you
• The charged amount will be credited to your account as a voucher with no validity period
• You accept our cancellation decision
