Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

We strive to send out your order within 1-2 working days. The actual delivery period is contingent on the courier company and typically spans from 7 to 10 working days.
Please be mindful that the mentioned timelines are approximate and may vary based on order volume and unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

Upon confirming an international order, our goal is to dispatch the parcel within 2-3 working days. The actual delivery duration hinges on the courier company and might fluctuate between 10 and 20 working days.
Please note that any import duties, customs, VAT, or local sales taxes enforced by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. Payment of these charges may be required to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Return Shipping:

In the event of verified damage, customers are requested to return the item to us via their preferred courier service. Upon receiving the returned item, Be Unique Apparels will refund the incurred shipping charges.

Be Unique Apparels:

will not be liable for unsuccessful deliveries under the following circumstances:

• Submission of an inaccurate shipping address by the customer.
• Provision of incorrect contact details (phone/email) by the customer, causing impediments for our logistics partner in processing packages.
• Neglecting to retrieve the package from the carrier’s location after one or two documented delivery attempts by the carrier.
